Easy Tutorials
These tutorials are available exclusively to Orange Snowman clients. They will help you understand your new website/blog. The videos are brief and entertaining, about 5 minutes each. If you rather have a personal trainer, check out our In-person/Telephone support.
We can put the video tutorials in the help section of your website/blog in the Administration Panel. You’ll be able to find a tutorial for each task at hand, simply click the HELP button on the top left corner of your admin panel and you will find your answer. The following are samples of common questions:
- The Dashboard: is the first page you’ll see when you login to the Admin Area
- Write a New Post: using the WYSIWYG, what you see is what you get editor
- Edit an Existing Post: using the Edit SubPanel
- Tags and Categories: organize your Posts through the use of Tags and Categories
- Edit and Add New Pages
- How to Add Images and Media: ways to upload images, video and other files
- How to Enable and Manage Comments: including tips on best practices to encourage interactive discussion from visitors

If the call is less than 3 minutes, it’s free. Beyond that our pricing is based on a rate of $50/hour. Review the typical service examples below to get an understanding of how much a particular service may cost. The estimates below include time to discuss the issue with you, execute the work involved, and follow-up to make sure things are working to your complete satisfaction.
Please be patient, sometimes we need to do a little research before we can provide you with a correct answer. We may not be able to provide you with an answer if you are using a third party platform. For example: we may not know how to get your cell phone to receive our e-mails, you may have to call your cell phone company for that.
When we receive a call or email, we go through the following steps to provide help:
- Information gathering: what needs to be done
- Estimate: we review your needs and put a dollar figure to your service needs
- Receive payment: for a quick response online payments is available
- Get the job done: we will create a job ticket for you and get to it!
- Notification: we let you know when things are done
Typical Service Examples
Domain Transfers: If you need help moving from one provider to another, we can streamline the process for you. You don’t have to worry about backups, databases, servers, or getting the files in the right spot. We take all of the headache away. A hosting transfer will normally cost around $50-$75
Adding a Contact Form: for example installing and setting up a simple contact form is typically $50.
Changing the color of the type: Looking to change the colors or fonts on your website? We can help you change the colors of heading text, body copy and others. Typically this service is $50.
