S.A.M., Inc., manages projects large or small. We renovate hotel interiors and exteriors from as simple as an FF&E, procurement and installation, to a complete hotel conversion. We assess the project, and provide you with a proposal to successfully complete your requirements on time and on budget while being sensitive to your hotel staff and guests. Our Company started back in 1995, offering wood refinishing & upholstery services for seating, drapes and bed coverings, in order to save hotels money on furniture replacement.
